Membership

Americans
United of Alaska is a membership organization supported
financially by dues, gifts and bequests of its members and
supporters. Members of the Alaska Chapter will be
receiving a bimonthly chapter newsletter in the near future,
but are now eligible to order books and other materials
through the local office. Membership in the Alaska Chapter
also includes full membership in the national organization and
with receipt the their monthly publication of the "Church
& State" magazine, your most comprehensive resource
for current trends in religious freedom.

Because
of our non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) status through group
exemption via the national organization, our social advocacy
is somewhat limited to educational efforts.
Contributions to Americans United are tax deductible above the
$18.00 benefit value of the Church & State newsletter.
In the future,should we determine an active
partisan program is required, we will develop a separate
element to deal with whatever challenges appear appropriate.
